Under Fire. Stories of destruction and recovery of the Sumy border region

“Under Fire. Stories of destruction and recovery of the Sumy border region” is a media project aimed at recording five stories of the critical medical and social infrastructure destroyed by the Russians in Sumy Oblast and telling the stories of the people who developed or restored these places.
So far, the first two reports of the special project have been written and published:
1. Adrenaline rush left us feeling nothing: how a Sumy ambulance is recovering from a missile attack.
2. Whether there are walls or not, people need to be treated. Doctors of the damaged community health center in Sumy talk about the work of their institution after the ‘Shahed’ attack.
The authors of the project recorded the March shelling of medical facilities in Sumy, in particular, they told a story of the Sumy Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine, which was damaged by a missile attack, and Sumy Family Medicine Community Health Center No. 1 which was damaged by the Russian ‘Shahed.’
