Luhansk region is in the flame of the full-scale war

The State Archives of Luhansk Oblast launched the project “Luhansk Oblast in the Flames of a Full-Scale War,” which aims to collect and preserve modern history that is not tainted by anti-Ukrainian narratives.
The National Archival Fund is an invaluable source of information. Knowledge of history shapes national consciousness, helps preserve cultural values, expands knowledge of the past, and allows us to understand its impact on the present. Current events have proven the importance of preserving history to avoid distortion of reality.
To date, 19.3 GB of information on the course of Russia’s war against Ukraine in the Luhansk Oblast from February 2022 to the present has been collected, and an electronic archive collection has been created. The collection includes:
legal acts;
recommendations of the State Archival Service;
organizational and administrative documents;
publications of the Press Center of the Oblast State Administration.
Publications of electronic media Internet resources, including more than 35 selections from national and foreign networks, are also included.
